from Zephyr Squad

You cannot export tests from Zephyr Squad directly, however you can export test executions. Test executions contain information about test names, test steps, test data, and expected results, which are essential data of a test case. Please note that in order for the test to be included there, it must have been executed at least once.

After finding tests you want to export click on the export button in the top-right corner and choose to export to CSV.

Migrating tests from Zephyr Scale

In order to export test case definitions in Zephyr Scale, go to the app and select Tests in the top-right corner.

This will create an .xlsxfile with your test cases, which you can save as a .csv file using any spreadsheet editor (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc).

The resulting CSV file can be imported into QAlity Plus.

Migrating tests from Xray

Before you can export tests in Xray, you must configure a template that defines how the tests are exported. To do so, open Xray and go to Configure Project, and select the project from which you wish to export tests.

Check if your tool can export tests to a CSV file. As long as you can do that, there’s a high chance that you can import them to QAlity Plus. In case of any issues, don’t hesitate to reach our support Customer Service Desk for assistance!
