As you go on with your tasks, you can click on the item's checkbox indicating that it's done. Instantaneously, you will be able to see it on the progress bar, which shows how many items have been checked and the total number of tasks in the checklist.
When all of your items are complete - success! The progress bar lights up in green and indicates that you have achieved your goal.
