Good news! Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira team have just released a new version, and since you use Jira Server you can decide to upgrade at any time! All that is needed is a click of a button in the Apps management screen on your instance!

Got rid of Atlaskit css reset – using Atlas kit css reset caused change in Jira’s page style. The add-on does no longer affect Jira styles
Improved xlsx export – minor changes were introduced for xlsx export to make it work more efficient
