New features:
In order to make working with templates more user friendly we introduced Project templates in addition to already existing Global templates. From this point, all new templates will be saved as Project templates based on the Project they were saved in. Global templates will still be available on the Manage Templates page, however, only Jira admins are able to save such templates.
