You can filter your test cases by project, Jira statuses, and text.

You can choose from among all your projects to which you have access. You can view more than one project at once. If you want to display all projects, remove all projects added from the 'Project' filter.
Filter 'Status' uses the statuses that are assigned to your projects. This means that your custom statuses can also be displayed. You can view more than one statuse at once. If you want to display all statuses, remove all statuses from the 'Status' filter.
Remember that these are Jira issue statuses, not test case execution statuses.
You can also filter your test cases by text. Then the filter will show all test cases that have the text you are searching for included in the summary.
