On the Test Case Repository page, you can choose your test cases and add them to your test cycle in bulk.

You can either add them to your existing test cycle or the new one.

After you create a new cycle they will be automatically added there.
What's more, you can select a few test cases you're looking for and then change the filters to search for others, and the ones you selected at the beginning will still be selected.
