On the Test Case Repository page, you can choose your test cases and add them to your test cycle in bulk.

You can either add them to your existing test cycle by choosing Choose test cycle.

In case you choose Create new test cycle selected test cases will be automatically added there.
What's more, you can select a few test cases you're looking for and then change your filters to search for others, and the ones you marked at the beginning will still be selected.
