Losing access to the application is a result of an expired license. It can be resolved by renewing it so that you can enjoy using the application again.

Please, bear in mind that only Jira Admins can update the payment information.

The method for purchasing subscriptions will vary based on your Jira billing management, specifically whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.

For monthly payments:

Please check if your payment card is successfully added to your account and if it’s valid.

Go to admin.atlassian.com → Select Billing → Select the Manage button for one of the products and go to Billing details → Select the Edit icon in the Billing details area → Select the Edit icon in the Payment method area → Choose a payment method from the available options → Add the required details and select Save.

If the payment details have never been added, there should be the Add billing details button on the Manage subscription page.

For annual payments:

If it's an annual subscription, you should contact Atlassian support and raise a ticket to request a quote. The Atlassian customer advocates will then review your request and send you the quote.

You can request the quote from this link. Or if you prefer you can request a Worklogs quote without Atlassian's participation by going to this link.
