Multiple Checklists for Jira allows you to track action performed on checklists by other users. This includes adding a new checklist or item to the existing checklist, deleting the checklist or item, checking and unchecking items, and more.

To access Checklists History, scroll to the bottom of the Issue and expand the Activity options, then select Checklists History. You will see a list of all actions performed on checklists in the current issue.
