Verified platforms & languages
This page summarizes which browsers, operating systems, and languages are officially supported by Multiple Checklists for Jira. We run regular tests using the configurations mentioned below. Most of the Multiple Checklists for Jira features will still work on platforms we don’t officially support, however, no guarantee is provided. If you’d like to ask about a specific configuration not mentioned here, you can always contact our support for assistance.

The minimum recommended resolution is 1024x768 when browsers are maximized. Lower resolution might cause some elements to display incorrectly and make checklists difficult to read. |
We can’t guarantee compatibility with all browser plugins and extensions, however, the majority of them shouldn’t cause any issues. |

If you experience a bug that falls outside of the supported platforms, you can still report it to us. We will investigate all reports and do our best to address them, however, the final decision will depend on the complexity of the issue.
