 21st April 2023, We have confirmed that together with our domain operator we have successfully resolved all of the issues. The changes have been propagated to servers around the world. Depending on server configuration in rare instances you might be still having connection errors. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact your local ISP provider for further assistance, as we can’t influence individual servers configuration.


We want to sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused by this situation and thank you for your understanding.

20th April 2023, update 2: We have fixed the major issues which caused the connection errors. It will take some time until the changes are updated on all servers. We expect to be back to stable performance within the next 24 hours.

20th April 2023, update: our domain provider is making the progress in resolving the encountered issues. We are still unsure of the estimate of when the app performance will be back to normal. The issue impacts the app connectivity, once it is resolved you should be able to access your data as usual.

19th April 2023, we upgraded our infrastructure and moved our domain address. Unfortunately, we have encountered unexpected difficulties due to which individual users might experience a downtime of our apps.
