Important Announcement: Data Center Strategy
Atlassian has officially announced a firm end-of-life date for Data Center (DC) products. To ensure a smooth transition, we are aligning our roadmap to fully support this change:
Key Dates:
March 30, 2026: Sales of new Data Center subscriptions and Marketplace apps will end for new customers.
March 30, 2028: Last date for existing customers to purchase new Data Center licenses, Marketplace apps, and license expansions.
March 28, 2029: Data Center end of life. All Data Center licenses and associated Marketplace app licenses will expire and become read-only.

What we will continue to do
Dedicated Support
Our full range of support channels - including Service Desk, email, and phone - will remain available. Documentation, enablement resources, and troubleshooting assistance will continue at the same high level you’re used to.Bug Fixes
We will prioritize fixing any customer-reported issues, particularly those that have high impact or lack a viable workaround. These issues will be handled with the same level of urgency and attention as Cloud-based issues.Security Patches
We will continue implementing essential security patches and addressing any critical vulnerabilities to comply with all Atlassian-mandated security standards.
Development Roadmap Changes
In light of the Atlassian Data Center EOL announcement, we are adjusting our development strategy for the Data Center version of QAlity Plus:
No New Features
Moving forward, we will not release new features or major improvements for the Data Center version of QAlity Plus.Jira Compatibility
The final major Jira version we will aim to support for Data Center is Jira 11.x. We will also continue to support minor updates for Jira 10.x and Jira 11.x to ensure compatibility during the transition.

By migrating to Cloud, you’ll be using the standard edition of QAlity Plus, which offers roughly the same features and functionality as the Data Center version. In addition, Cloud users have the option to upgrade to QAlity Plus Advanced, available exclusively on Cloud. The Advanced edition provides extended capabilities: custom test types and dedicated automated testing integrations, giving you new ways to manage and scale your quality assurance processes.
Data Migration Path
Please note: QAlity Plus data is not migrated automatically by the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA). This includes test cases, test cycles, and test executions.
We provide migration support through the following methods:
Test Case Migration
You can use our built-in export and import tools to perform a semi-automated migration of your test cases from Data Center to Cloud. Details can be found here.Remaining Data Migration
