You can easily add multiple users to the plan using multi-select with search functionality. This will allow you to search by user name to quickly find and add your team members.
Adding users to the empty plan
If you enter an empty plan a message will show up with the Add user button.
Click the button and a modal will show up.
Here you can either start typing to search users by name or click the input to open up the user list.
You can select multiple users to easily add your whole team at the same time.
Adding users to the existing plan
If you enter a plan with users already present then there is another Add user button under the list of added users.
After you click it, the same modal that allows you to search for users will show up.
Can't add my users
In case you cannot add some of your users to the plan, please make sure that they have the proper permission in the project that’s assigned to the plan.
Users you want to add to the plan have to be granted with the ‘Browse Projects’ permission. Please go to Project Settings → Permissions → Edit Browse Projects Permission in the way your users are allowed for this permission.
In the example below I cannot add a user to my plan, but after granting her the proper permission I’m able to add the user.

Changing the order of users
ou can change the order of the users within your plan. To do that, click on the user you wish to relocate, and then drag and drop them on the desired position. Changes will be immediately applied on the plan.
After you finish working with the plan, make sure to save the changes. If there are any unsaved changes, you will see a notification ‘unsaved changes’ at the top of the page, next to the plan’s name.
If you see the label just click Save Plan and all changes will be saved. You will also be notified that the changes are not saved in a pop-up when you try to exit the page.
