Bugs:
Modal for adding templates was slow on closing, it was displayed for a while after checklist already loaded in Issue - fixed, modal closed after clicking Submit
In same cases templates were assigned to issue with Assign to Issue after changing the assigning method to Assign with filter - fixed only one method can be applied
