If you decide that you would rather use sub-tasks than checklists in any of your Jira issues, you can quickly convert all of the checklist items to subtasks of this issue.
Simply select the checklist that needs to be converted, click the checklist menu and select Convert to sub-tasks.
This will automatically create sub-tasks from the checklist items within the current Jira Issue.
Bear in mind that only items that have not been checked yet will be converted. Also, if any item has no text it will be skipped as well.
