This feature is available in QAlity Plus - Test Management for Jira exclusively.
There are also additional functions that you can perform on your folders or subfolders.
Changing Name of the Folder
You can change the name of your folder or subfolder by clicking on its name at the top or below. Once you finish changing the name click outside the area to rename or on the ☑️ button to accept to keep the new name. You can also cancel the change by clicking on the 🇽 button.
Deleting Folders
You can also delete your folder or subfolder by clicking a three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
Please note that if you’re deleting a folder or subfolder that includes more subfolders the included ones will be also deleted.
Please, keep in mind that deleting a folder full of test cases or a single issue from a folder will not result in deleting your test cases. Your folders serve as filters of the contents available in the All Test Cases hub. Consequently, they will still be available on the All Test Cases page, as long as you don’t completely remove them from your instance. Therefore, it is possible to add one test case to multiple folders.
Such a solution allows you to freely manage your test cases, organize them in folders and subfolders, add them to multiple folders, and move them around, without having to worry about losing them.
Export & Import Test Cases
With folders, you can quickly export test cases belonging to a folder. Select the test cases you’d like to export. Click on the … button at the bottom of the page, and choose Export test cases.
Please, bear in mind that you only export test case names, test steps, test data, and expected result fields. This tool does not export all your Jira fields.
You can also easily go to the import page from the Test Case Repository.

Add Test Cases to the Test Cycle From a Folder
With folders, you can quickly create a new cycle or add test cases to the existing one. Click on the Add to test cycle button and choose one of the available options.
You can either add them to your existing test cycle by choosing Choose test cycle, or Create new test cycle.
In case you choose Create new test cycle, the selected test cases will be automatically added there.
What's more, you can select several test cases, and then change your filters to search for others. The ones you marked at the beginning will still be selected.
