The main dashboard in Time Assistant provides a structured overview of your workload and time management.

It’s organized into several key sections:

1. My Workload gadgets

The ‘My Workload’ section displays your workload through three timeline views: Today, Week, and Month. This section is divided into five distinct gadgets:

  • Issues you opened,

  • Issues assigned to you,

  • Issues you were mentioned in,

  • Issues you commented on,

  • Issues you edited.

For each issue listed, users can view the amount of time they have logged during a chosen period, which can be filtered by Today, Week, or Month. This feature helps users track their time investment for specific issues.

Each gadget allows you to filter content based on specific criteria using filters located at the top of the section. This feature helps you refine the displayed information to better meet your needs. (see My Workload filters)

2. Time logged section

The ‘Time logged’ section provides an overview of your work log, offering insights into the time you’ve logged across Today, This Week, and This Month. This summary helps you maintain a clear understanding of your time usage.

3. Favorite issues gadget

The ‘Favorite issues’ gadget lets you pin and easily access your most important or frequently used issues. By marking certain issues as favorites, you can streamline time logging and task management for tasks that require regular attention.
