Browsing ignored issues

The ‘Ignored issues’ list provides a convenient way for users to manage the issues they have chosen to ignore while working in the Time Assistant app.
This feature allows users to exclude specific issues from being tracked or considered by the app, without affecting the functionality of native Jira features.
Ignored issues overview: The list contains all the issues you’ve manually decided to ignore within the Time Assistant app. These issues will not be tracked by the app, but this action does not impact Jira's native features such as creating or editing work logs.
No impact on Jira: Ignoring an issue in Time Assistant does not modify or interfere with the issue's status, updates, or history in Jira. This feature simply skips the issue’s data within the Time Assistant environment.
Accessing Ignored issues list: You can find the ‘Ignored Issues’ list on the ‘Settings’ page, located on the right-hand side.
Browsing Ignored issues: By clicking on the Browse Ignored issues list link, you will be redirected to a subpage where you can view and manage all your ignored issues.
This feature enhances your ability to filter out irrelevant issues from your workflow within the app, streamlining your time management without affecting Jira's core functionality.
