Add to favorite issues

The ‘Add to Favorite Issues’ feature allows you to create a personalized list of your Favorite Issues. You can add issues from any gadget to quickly access the tasks you work on most frequently, and locate high-priority items.

Marking an issue as a favorite

To mark an issue as a favorite, click the star icon next to the issue type in the gadget list. Once marked, the star icon will change color to indicate that the issue is now a favorite.

Visibility across gadgets

When an issue is marked as a favorite in one gadget, it will automatically be marked as a favorite in all other gadgets where it appears. This ensures consistency and easy identification of your favorite issues.

Viewing favorite issues

All issues marked as favorites are added to your ‘Favorite Issues’ gadget for quick and convenient access.

Removing a favorite

To remove an issue from your Favorite Issues, click the star icon again. The icon will return to its original state, and the issue will be removed from the 'Favorite Issues' gadget.
