My Workload gadgets

My Workload section organizes your tasks into three timeline views: Today, This Week, and This Month. Within this section, you’ll find five distinct gadgets that break down your workload into:

• Issues you opened: displays up to 50 of the most recent issues you’ve opened, giving you a clear view of tasks or discussions you’ve started.

• Issues assigned to you: shows issues assigned to you within a specific time frame, making it easy to identify tasks that need your attention.

• Issues you were mentioned in: lists issues where you were mentioned in comments, helping you stay informed about updates or discussions relevant to you.

• Issues you commented on: displays issues where you’ve added comments, so you can easily revisit ongoing conversations or tasks you’re involved in.

• Issues you edited: highlights issues you’ve made changes to (such as changes to descriptions or other fields), ensuring you can quickly locate and follow up on updated tasks.

Ordering of issues inside gadgets

Each gadget organizes issues in descending order based on the last timestamp, so the newest tickets always appear at the top of the list.

When you update an issue (e.g. edit it or add a comment), it will appear in the list only once, and its position will reflect the most recent timestamp.
