Main dashboard's active timers

Time Assistant’s main dashboard allows you to view and manage all your active timers. They are available next to each issue displayed in your gadgets and on your ‘Favorite issues’ list.

Depending on what is the timer’s current status, a corresponding button will be displayed next to the issue:

  1. Play button - The issue doesn’t have an ongoing timer. The user can activate the timer by clicking on the button.

  2. Stop button with the active label next to it - The issue has an active timer that is currently counting time. The timer can be stopped at any moment by clicking the button.

  3. Log time button - The timer for this issue has been already stopped and you can log the displayed amount of time into the ticket by clicking on it and opening the log time modal.
