Time Tracking Provider

In case you used another time tracking app, for example, Timesheets by Tempo and you started to use our app you might have a situation where under the work log tab in a Jira issue, you cannot see your time logs. Example:

In such a situation you have to change the time tracking provider to native Jira ones to fix that.

You can change it by going to Settings → Issues → Time Tracking → Time tracking provider → Choose Jira provided time tracking:
