Multiple Checklists for Jira allows you to load previously saved checklists into your ticket.
To add a new template to your Jira issue, click + and select Add checklists from templates. Find the template you wish to add to the ticket and click Add.
The checklist will be added instantaneously and will be displayed with the template's name, which you can change if you need to. All checklist items are unchecked. Loading will not affect already existing checklists in the Issue.
