My Workload gadgets

The ‘My Workload’ section displays your workload through three timeline views: Today, Week, and Month. This section is divided into five distinct gadgets:

• Issues you opened: Provides a list of the last 50 issues that you have opened, giving you a view of tasks or discussions you have initiated.

• Issues assigned to you: Shows a list of issues that where assigned to you in a specific time period, allowing you to quickly view tasks that require your attention.

• Issues you were mentioned in: Lists issues in which you were mentioned in the comments, ensuring you are aware of relevant discussions or updates.

• Issues you commented: Displays issues where you have added comments, helping you keep track of your contributions and ongoing conversations regarding your tasks.

• Issues you edited: Highlights issues you have edited, e.g. you've changed the description or modified other fields.

Ordering of issues inside gadgets

Each gadget is ordered by the last timestamp, in descending order, so you can see your newest tickets on top of each list.

It also means that whenever you update touchpoint responsible for listing specific issues in one of the gadgets (like editing, or adding comment in the issue), the updated issue will be shown on the list only once, based on the last timestamp.
