The ‘Issues you edited’ gadget provides you with a list of all issues you have modified. It tracks changes to issue descriptions or other fields, helping you to monitor your recent contributions and the updates of your tasks.

Features

  • Display: The gadget shows all issues that you have edited. These edits include changes to descriptions, statuses, priorities, or any other fields.

  • Exclusions:

    • Adding or modifying the work log of the issue won’t be treated as an edition so it won’t be shown in the gadget.

    • Adding or modifying comments will be listed in the ‘Issues you commented on’ gadget.

  • Order: Issues are listed in descending order of the last edit's timestamp, meaning the most recently edited issues are shown at the top of the list.

  • Single display for multiple edits: If you edit the same issue multiple times, the issue will appear only once in the gadget during the selected time period (Today, Week, Month). The timestamp of the last edit within that period will be used to determine the issue's position in the list.

Actions

You can perform the following actions on the issues listed in this gadget:

  • Load more issues: Allows you to load additional issues beyond the initial set of 10. This action helps you access a more extended history of opened issues.

  • Add to favorites: Allows you to pin specific issues to your ‘Favorite issues’ list for a quicker and more convenient access.

  • Ignore issue: Allows you to exclude a specific issue from the Time Assistant app.

  • Log time: Allows you to log time spent on a particular issue through a time log modal.
