Good news! QAlity Plus – Test Management for the Jira team has just released a new version, and since you use Jira Server you can decide to upgrade at any time! All that is needed is a click of a button in the Apps management screen on your instance!

New features

  • You can now modify the name, color, and type of execution statuses. Simplify your testing by setting your default status, which will be set when the execution is created, and customize your reports by deciding which status is final. To modify statuses go to manage apps -> Test Execution Status tab.

  • You can now add, delete, and reorder execution statuses. Simplify your testing by creating a status configuration that perfectly suits your workflow.

Improvements

  • [Test Execution Page] Added a message about the possibility of configuring your own statuses.

  • [Test Case Execution Status Settings] Added a message that appears in the status scheme's edit mode, on the condition that there is no PASSED or FAILED status type set.

  • [API] Cleaned up the REST API endpoints, by removing unnecessary trailing slashes.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed error on the Test Cycles Overview page. While changing between filters rapidly, the loading state ends after the first change, and the results were not accurate to the chosen filters.
